Teeth are cleaned and coated with a wax sealer before being drilled and attached to the chain and hung from silver plated hatchback earring findings. These earrings are for pierced ears and have an approximate 2 inch drop.

I always hand pick teeth for earrings that are of a similar size and shape but teeth are organic so no two will ever be exactly alike!
